This Privacy Policy explains how Coleskie ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our games and applications (each, an "App"), including our Discord Activity "TicTacToe." Coleskie is an independent project operated by an individual developer. By using one of our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.
Our Apps are designed to collect and process as little personal information as possible. Depending on the App and how you use it, we may access:
We use the information above only to operate, optimize, and maintain the App — for example, to show your name and avatar to other players, to establish network connectivity between peers, to match you into game rooms, and to relay moves between players during a match. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, tracking, or marketing.
We do not maintain a database of users and we do not persistently store your Discord profile information or IP address. Gameplay, connection routing, and room information exists only in our server's temporary volatile memory (RAM) while a session is active and is immediately discarded when the session ends or the server restarts.
Our server is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. As part of normal operation, the hosting provider may generate and retain standard server logs (for example, records of network connections, timestamps, and basic activity) for a limited time. These logs are used strictly for operating, securing, and troubleshooting the network service and are subject to the hosting provider's own data practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your information with third parties except:
Our Apps run within and rely on Discord, and your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms. Information you share with Discord is handled according to Discord's policies, not ours.
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord). We do not knowingly collect or store information from children. Use of Discord is subject to Discord's own minimum age requirements.
Because we do not persistently store your personal information, there is generally no data for us to retrieve or delete upon request. You can stop sharing information with an App at any time by closing the App and, if you wish, revoking the App's authorization in your Discord account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
